San Diego, CA (October 10, 2025) – Early Thursday morning, a two-car accident on the eastbound Britannia off-ramp of California State Route 905 in San Diego resulted in one individual being injured. The accident took place just after 7:10 a.m. This led to a response from various emergency teams. When they arrived, they found the site of the accident and verified that one person had sustained injuries. Medical professionals evaluated the patient and scheduled further medical treatment. The condition of the injured individual was not disclosed right away. Officers from the California Highway Patrol helped manage the situation, while fire department personnel ensured the area was safe and released extra units that were deemed unnecessary. The investigation into the reason behind the collision is still ongoing. We extend our heartfelt wishes to the person who was hurt and hope they recover fully and quickly.
