Los Angeles, CA (February 15, 2026) – Dispatch audio reports indicate a bicyclist was hurt in a traffic collision Saturday evening at the W Vernon Ave and Broadway intersection in South Los Angeles. Emergency responders were dispatched to the location at approximately 6:04 p.m. after reports of a crash between a cyclist and a vehicle. An ambulance was called to the scene to render medical aid. Responders reached the intersection to evaluate the injured bicyclist and secure the scene. Initial radio communications failed to specify the severity of the bicyclist’s injuries or describe the involved vehicle. Officials have not provided further details on the cause of the crash.
