Hesperia, CA (March 8, 2026) – A crash involving up to nine vehicles on southbound Interstate 15 near the U.S. Highway 395 interchange led to major traffic backups. The incident was reported around 10:52 a.m. According to California Highway Patrol traffic logs, on March 6. According to authorities, six to nine vehicles might have been involved in the crash. The incident shut down several southbound lanes, leading to major traffic backups on the freeway. Traffic was reportedly congested past Main Street, and Mariposa Road saw heavier volume as drivers left the freeway to bypass the accident. Emergency teams arrived to clear the road. Details on potential injuries were not available right away. Drivers were urged to steer clear of the area or prepare for delays as crews managed the incident.
