An 86-year-old man passed away on Thursday, December 4, due to injuries he sustained in a car accident involving two vehicles on Date Palm Drive in Cathedral City, CA. The incident took place at approximately 4:20 p.m., as reported by the Cathedral City Police Department. On Wednesday at the crossroads of Date Palm Drive and Tachevah Drive. Officers found two cars with considerable front-end damage upon arrival. When paramedics got there, they took both drivers to Desert Regional Medical Center in Palm Springs for medical attention. Raymond Johnson, a motorist from Cathedral City, was declared dead by hospital personnel just before 1 a.m. Thursday… The reason for the crash is still being investigated.
