San Bernardino, CA (September 29, 2025) – A motorcyclist was injured in a hit-and-run incident that occurred on the westbound lanes of Interstate 210, just to the east of Del Rosa Ave on Saturday evening. The report of the incident came in around 5:40 p.m. and resulted in a swift reaction from emergency services at both local and regional levels. As per the dispatch records from the California Highway Patrol’s San Bernardino division, the accident involved a motorcycle and a white Toyota Camry. The motorcyclist was discovered lying in the slow lane and on the right shoulder, with the motorcycle also located by the side of the road. Numerous drivers pulled over to help, including an off-duty police officer who noticed several individuals walking in the busy traffic lanes. Shortly thereafter, emergency medical services arrived and took the injured rider to Loma Linda University Medical Center (LLUMC) for additional care. The exact details of the rider’s injuries remain unconfirmed, but the incident has been categorized as a felony hit-and-run because the vehicle involved left the scene following the crash. A white Toyota Camry is said to have collided with the motorcycle before departing without offering assistance or sharing any identification details. A friend of the victim came to the location to retrieve the motorcycle, eliminating the need for a tow service. At this point, law enforcement has not disclosed further information about the suspect vehicle or the status of any arrests. The California Highway Patrol and the San Bernardino Police Department are still conducting their investigation. We extend our thoughts to the injured motorcyclist and wish for their speedy and complete recovery.
