San Francisco, CA (October 17, 2025) – On the morning of October 17, around 6:58 a.m., a traffic accident occurred at the intersection of 11th Avenue and Fulton Street, resulting in several injuries, as reported by the San Francisco Fire Department and EMS dispatch. and initiated a Code 3 emergency response, which signifies that there are serious injuries needing urgent care. Engine 31 and Medic 560 were sent to the location, where several patients were identified and given treatment. Information regarding the number of vehicles involved or the specific cause of the accident has not yet been disclosed. The vicinity of Golden Gate Park faced some disturbances while emergency personnel focused on stabilizing the situation and delivering medical assistance.
