On December 9, 2025, a car accident involving two vehicles occurred on State Route 138 in Llano, California. The incident took place around 6:39 a.m. and resulted in at least three individuals being injured, one of whom sustained severe injuries, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. on December 8, 2025, close to the crossroads of SR-138 and 165th Street East. Emergency responders from the Los Angeles County Fire Department got to the site shortly after the crash was reported and started evaluating those affected. CHP records indicated that two vehicles were part of the incident. Although there were no people stuck in their cars, first responders found three individuals who were hurt. A casualty experienced severe wounds and was rushed to a proximate healthcare facility for immediate treatment. The site demanded collaborative actions to regulate vehicular movement and provide assistance to the injured. The reason for the crash is still being investigated, and there have been no arrests or citations reported so far.
