Fontana, CA (November 25, 2025) – A two-vehicle collision on the 15 Freeway near the 210 Freeway off-ramp resulted in one person being hospitalized on Tuesday night, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The incident took place at approximately 9:35 p.m. and included a white SUV and a car. First responders came upon both vehicles showing signs of damage. One person experienced minor injuries and was taken to a close hospital for care. The circumstances preceding the crash are still unconfirmed, and investigators are attempting to ascertain the reason behind it. Traffic in the area was delayed while authorities attended to the scene and removed obstacles from the road. No additional details have been provided.
