A teal Toyota and a dark blue Ford pickup truck were involved in a traffic collision on southbound Interstate 15 near State Route 138 on Aug. 23, 2026, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information. The collision was reported at about 3:28 p.m. in the San Bernardino CHP area.
The dispatch classified the incident as a traffic collision with no reported injuries. Both vehicles were identified in the initial update one minute after the incident was logged.
The crash location was listed as southbound I-15 at the State Route 138 interchange. CHP provided no additional information about lane closures, traffic delays or the positions of the vehicles.
