A traffic collision was reported early Sunday on eastbound Interstate 10 near Eagle Mountain at mile marker 101. The incident was recorded at 2:54 a.m. on Sept. 20, 2026, within the California Highway Patrol’s Indio area.
CHP classified the crash as a collision with unknown injuries. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about whether anyone was transported for medical treatment.
The reported location was on the eastbound side of I-10, west of Eagle Mountain. No lane closures, blocked lanes or other traffic impacts were listed in the available dispatch information.
