Santa Clara, CA (January 17, 2026) – Emergency services responded Friday afternoon to an injury-involved car crash near St. Justin’s Church on Homestead Road in Santa Clara. The incident took place at approximately 1:14 p.m. In the vicinity of the Las Palmas Dr and Kylie Blvd intersection, in Station 3’s response zone. At first, several Santa Clara Fire Department units, such as Engine 93 and Engine 94, were dispatched to the location. However, Engine 93 was subsequently canceled, indicating that the situation might have been stabilized after additional evaluation. Engine 94 stayed on scene to assist and oversee the situation. First responders assessed those affected and treated at least one person who sustained injuries. Although the crash’s severity remains unconfirmed, it triggered an emergency medical response. Our thoughts are with those impacted as they recover.
