(Palmdale, CA) Local authorities reported that a pedestrian suffered critical injuries Tuesday morning when hit by a vehicle in a crash on East Avenue S. Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials stated the incident happened just after 7:35 a.m. on East Avenue S close to the intersections with 50th and 52nd streets. Deputies arrived and found a pedestrian who had been hit by a vehicle and needed urgent medical attention. Paramedics took the patient by ambulance to a nearby hospital, where they were reported to be in critical condition. Officials withheld the individual’s age, gender, and hometown. Officials have not released any details regarding the driver or the vehicle in the incident. East Avenue S Accident Overview.
