Oakland, CA (October 6, 2025) – According to police dispatch reports, a pedestrian was injured on Saturday night when a vehicle hit them near Broadway in Oakland. The accident happened at approximately 8:10 in the evening. and prompted a quick medical response. Early reports suggested that the pedestrian was bleeding from the foot and needed medical assistance on-site. Emergency responders arrived to offer assistance and evaluate the victim’s status; however, there were no immediate updates regarding hospital transport or the seriousness of the injuries. Authorities have withheld information regarding the driver involved, such as whether they stayed at the scene or received any citations. The specific details surrounding the incident are still being looked into. Traffic around Broadway experienced temporary disruptions while emergency responders attended to the scene and provided aid to the injured pedestrian.
