A traffic collision was reported Aug. 23 on northbound State Route 99 near the Bethel Avenue offramp in Fresno, California. The incident was logged at about 2:24 p.m., with an ambulance reported en route.
The location was described as northbound 99 just south of Kamm Avenue. CHP dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about any injuries.
A later CHP update at about 3:02 p.m. reported that a light pole was down near the collision scene. The update did not indicate that the pole was creating an additional traffic hazard.
