Vehicles were involved in a reported collision along northbound State Route 99 near the Mariposa Road off-ramp on Aug. 26, 2026. The California Highway Patrol classified the incident as a traffic collision with no reported injuries.
The crash was reported at about 4:18 p.m. in the northbound lanes, just south of the Mariposa Road off-ramp. CHP dispatch information indicated that the involved vehicles were in the center divider.
A subsequent CHP update, recorded at about 4:20 p.m., confirmed the vehicles remained in the center divider. The dispatch information did not report any injuries or additional emergency response.
The incident was handled within the Stockton-area CHP jurisdiction. No further roadway closure, vehicle description or towing activity was listed in the available dispatch information.
