Monterey, CA (April 19, 2026) – A collision involving three vehicles at the Highway 68 and York Road intersection in Monterey injured at least one person on Saturday afternoon, April 18. The incident was reported at approximately 1:42 p.m. It involved a black truck, a gray car, and a brown Kia. Emergency personnel arrived at the scene to help those involved and evaluate any injuries. A 9-year-old child said they felt dizzy after the crash, but the complete scope of injuries remains unconfirmed. Traffic in the vicinity was disrupted while crews handled the scene and prioritized safety. More information on the crash’s cause and the number of individuals involved has not yet been disclosed.
