Los Angeles, CA (September 22, 2025) – A major traffic accident occurred on Saturday evening at the intersection of Polvolida St and W Pico Blvd, resulting in at least one person suffering serious injuries, as reported by the LAPD’s West Division dispatch. The incident took place at approximately 8:55 p.m. on the 21st of September. Emergency services arrived at the location after receiving reports of several injuries, and they asked for more traffic investigators because of the seriousness of the situation. The precise count of vehicles involved remains unverified, but at least one individual suffered severe injuries that necessitated urgent medical care. Paramedics responded and started providing treatment to the victims on-site. Several individuals were taken to a local hospital in either critical or serious condition. The region around Polvolida and Pico was temporarily shut down to vehicles while emergency teams worked to secure the area and initiate an investigation. Authorities have not provided details regarding the identities of those involved, nor if any arrests or tickets have been made. The inquiry is still in progress.
