Long Beach, CA (January 20, 2026) – Emergency services responded Monday night to a multi-vehicle crash with several injuries near Atlantic Ave in Long Beach. The incident was reported at approximately 8:10 p.m. Initial radio communications showed that a second rescue unit was called to help manage the number of patients at the scene. The precise number of vehicles involved remains unconfirmed. Paramedics assessed and treated the injured individuals at the scene. The extent of the injuries and whether anyone was taken to nearby hospitals is still being assessed. Officials are probing the reason for the accident, and traffic in the vicinity was probably disrupted amid the emergency response.
