Long Beach, CA (January 20, 2026) – Emergency responders attended an injury-involved traffic collision Monday afternoon near the East 5th St and Temple Ave intersection in Long Beach. The crash was reported around 12:07 p.m. Units from Engine 4 and Rescue 4 were involved, with additional support from local police officers. Although specific details on the number of vehicles involved or the severity of injuries were not immediately available, at least one person was reported injured in the crash. First responders stayed on scene to evaluate injuries and deliver required medical assistance. The cause of the accident is currently being investigated.
