A hit-and-run collision with no reported injuries was recorded at about 6:03 a.m. Sept. 7 near East Philadelphia Street and South Haven Avenue in California. The incident was handled by the California Highway Patrol’s Riverside area.
CHP classified the incident as a hit-and-run collision without injuries. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicles involved or provide details about the circumstances of the crash.
A later CHP update at 7:37 a.m. indicated that the vehicles or related property were being taken to a tow yard. Towing activity was therefore underway more than an hour after the initial report.
The dispatch did not provide information about a suspect, arrests, the direction of travel, or any roadway closures. No injuries were reported in the available CHP information.
