Fresno, CA (October 7, 2025) – According to law enforcement from the Clovis area, police attended to two distinct vehicle accidents that caused injuries on Monday evening, occurring at different intersections in Fresno. The initial incident took place at the intersection of West Shields Avenue and West Avenue, while the second occurred near Pontiac and Maroa Avenues. A white SUV and a black sedan were said to be involved in at least one of the accidents, but it is not clear which vehicle correlates with each crash. Emergency medical services were called to evaluate the injuries from both incidents. The specific number of people hurt and the seriousness of their injuries have not been disclosed at this time. Authorities are currently investigating to ascertain the reasons behind each incident and whether there is any connection between them.
