Corona, CA (October 20, 2025) – A motorcyclist sadly died following a collision with a sedan on Sunday evening on Cajalco Rd, located east of Eagle Canyon Rd in the El Cerrito region of Riverside County, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The fatal incident occurred at approximately 8:45 p.m. and included a motorcycle and a dark-colored sedan. Preliminary accounts suggest that the collision between the two vehicles was quite severe, resulting in the motorcyclist being found unresponsive at the location, as described by a witness. It is also said that one of the vehicles was propelled off the road upon impact and ended up about 300 feet down a canyon. Rescue and recovery teams arrived promptly and started their operations in the rugged landscape. The name of the rider who passed away has not been disclosed yet, as authorities are waiting to inform the family. There are no updates available on the status of the other driver or if there were any further injuries. Officials are still looking into the incident to find out what led to the accident.
