Anaheim, CA (December 1, 2025) – A traffic accident with injuries was reported on eastbound California State Route 91 near Coal Canyon Road late Sunday morning, leading to a quick response from emergency teams in Orange County. The incident occurred around 11:01 a.m. Dispatch communications indicate that OCFA Engine 53 arrived at the location near the eastern boundary of Anaheim. An event with one or more cars in the eastbound lanes close to Coal Canyon Rd. was reported. Although there’s not much information about the exact number of cars or the severity of the injuries, first responders verified that there were injuries at the location. Paramedics were sent to offer medical assistance, while fire teams focused on securing the area and helping the injured. Eastbound traffic on CA-91 was briefly affected as responders handled the situation and cleared the site. The reason for the accident is still being investigated.
