On November 21, 2025, in Los Angeles, CA, a collision between two vehicles took place on the northbound U.S. Highway 101 at the I-405 interchange, resulting in injuries, as reported by the California Highway Patrol. The accident occurred at approximately 6:51 a.m. and included a white Ford Fusion along with another unrecognized vehicle. A driver experienced a head injury after hitting their head on the window, resulting in the dispatch of paramedics. Upon arrival, CHP officers discovered two vehicles on the right shoulder and one obstructing the #1 lane, leading to traffic congestion in the busy interchange region. One individual was assessed for head injuries, although the severity of those injuries is still unverified. The incident is still being investigated as authorities try to establish the cause of the crash and clear the road. We wish for a complete recovery for the injured person and encourage all drivers to stay vigilant, particularly during busy morning times on heavily trafficked roads such as the 101 and 405.
