San Diego, CA (October 20, 2025) – A 42-year-old motorcyclist suffered severe injuries on Saturday night after a hit-and-run incident in the Roseville/Fleetridge neighborhood, as reported by the San Diego Police Department. The accident occurred at approximately 6:20 p.m. At around the 1400 block of Rosecrans St, close to Fenelon St, authorities report that a man was riding a KTM motorcycle southbound in the right lane when a vehicle in the adjacent left lane made a sudden right turn into his path to reach Fenelon St. This action led to a collision with the motorcycle, resulting in the rider falling to the ground. Paramedics arrived at the location and took the injured motorcyclist to a nearby hospital, where he is receiving treatment for a significant knee injury that could necessitate surgery. Meanwhile, the driver of the other vehicle left the scene without offering assistance. Officials have not released details about the vehicle involved in the incident and are encouraging witnesses to step forward.
