San Diego, CA (October 7, 2025) – Multiple traffic collisions occurred close to the junction of El Cajon Boulevard and 58th Street on Monday evening, resulting in injuries and considerable emergency response, as reported by the San Diego Police and Fire departments. Emergency personnel were notified shortly after 8:00 p.m. and addressed the situation to handle several accidents happening in nearby locations. One of the incidents resulted in reported injuries, leading to an urgent medical response. The flow of traffic in the vicinity was briefly affected while emergency responders evaluated the situation and assisted those affected. Officials have yet to provide details about the number of vehicles or people hurt in the incidents. Investigations are currently in progress to ascertain the factors that caused the string of accidents. We extend our best wishes to all impacted and wish a complete and safe recovery to those who were injured.
