Anaheim, CA (September 24, 2025) – On Monday night, emergency personnel were called to the scene of a significant accident with several injuries on westbound CA-91, close to an unknown boulevard in Anaheim, as reported by audio from OCFA Dispatch 5B. The crash took place around 9:51 p.m. on the 22nd of September. Numerous fire and medical units, in collaboration with the Orange County Fire Authority and Metro Net agencies, responded to reports of an accident with multiple injuries. While specific information regarding the number of vehicles involved has not been disclosed, audio communications suggest that at least two to three individuals might have suffered injuries. Paramedics evaluated the victims at the location and took those in need of additional medical care to local hospitals. Westbound traffic on CA-91 was affected as emergency responders worked to control the situation and help the injured. The specific street where the crash occurred was not clearly mentioned in the first audio report, and there have been no further updates about the cause or the state of the victims.
