San Diego, CA (September 17, 2025) – Emergency services quickly arrived at the scene of an injury accident that occurred on State Route 52 eastbound close to both the on-ramp and off-ramp late Tuesday afternoon. The event was disclosed at approximately 4:57 p.m. This led to a swift reaction from San Diego Fire and Rescue teams, specifically Engine 28. Medical personnel and firefighters collaborated to help individuals who were experiencing various injuries as a result of the accident. The accident happened on an important section of CA-52 where cars move between ramps, which frequently leads to traffic jams and abrupt stops. Scanner dispatch reports indicate that traffic was affected in both the on-ramp and off-ramp areas, necessitating strategic coordination via channels 7 Hotel and 7 India. The exact number and types of vehicles involved have not been officially verified, but preliminary reports suggest several individuals may have been injured.
