A dark-colored sedan crashed on westbound Interstate 210 near the Sunflower Avenue off-ramp on Aug. 30, 2026, according to California Highway Patrol dispatch information. The collision was reported at about 3:54 p.m. in the Baldwin Park CHP area, with the vehicle ending up near the roadway’s right shoulder.
A subsequent CHP update stated that the sedan had left the shoulder area and struck dirt and a guardrail. The dispatch description did not identify any other vehicle as being involved.
CHP classified the incident as a traffic collision with injuries unknown. The available dispatch information did not provide additional details about anyone being hurt or whether medical personnel were sent to the scene.
