Lancaster, CA (January 16, 2026) – A cyclist was injured in a traffic collision Thursday afternoon at the E Lancaster Blvd and 15th St E intersection in Lancaster. Emergency responders arrived on scene around 4:49 p.m. Following reports of a cyclist involved in a collision, medical responders arrived to find the injured person requiring treatment. The bicyclist received on-site medical care before being transported to a nearby hospital for further assessment. The extent of the injuries hasn’t been officially disclosed, though the victim was said to be conscious while being transported. The event caused brief traffic disruptions in the vicinity as officials evaluated the scene and aided those affected. Local law enforcement is still investigating the crash details, including whether a vehicle was involved.
