The incident occurred near the 6900 block of W Camino Cielo, approximately 9.5 miles west of Highway 154.. Emergency units responded to the scene after reports of a collision with unknown injuries. The incident was later updated to a fatal crash. Crews at the scene reported that the vehicle could not be safely moved, and the area was considered unsafe to immediately recover the victim.. Fire personnel used a drone to record footage of the scene due to safety concerns. Search and rescue teams, along with the coroner’s office, were requested to assist. Specific details regarding the number of vehicles involved or the identity of the deceased have not been released.. The remote roadway remained affected as crews worked through the night.
