San Jose, CA (September 21, 2025) – On Saturday morning, emergency medical services were dispatched to the scene of a significant car crash in North San Jose. The accident took place at approximately 2:27 in the morning. At the crossroads of Cardoza Ct and Piedmont Rd, a situation occurred that triggered a Delta-level response from Engine 19, suggesting that the injuries could be life-threatening. Emergency responders reached the location soon after the incident was reported and started administering critical medical assistance to those involved. Although there hasn’t been any information provided about the number of injuries or the vehicles involved, the Delta dispatch status indicates that at least one individual needed urgent medical attention. Officials temporarily cordoned off the area to ensure the safety of paramedics and police during their operations. The San Jose Police Department is looking into what caused the accident that took place in the early morning when factors like low visibility and fatigue are commonly at play.
