San Jose, CA (September 30, 2025) – A 40-year-old man was injured and displayed a changed state of awareness after a high-speed car accident on Monday afternoon in South San Jose. The incident took place around 2:59 p.m. On September 29, near Bluefield Drive, located close to Windsor Park Drive and Able Ice Drive, emergency responders from Engine 37 and Truck 13, along with police units, arrived at the scene under a Delta medical alert, signaling a serious or potentially life-threatening situation. Upon their arrival, they discovered an injured man exhibiting signs of ALOC (altered level of consciousness), a condition that may indicate head trauma or other severe injuries typically related to high-impact accidents. He received an evaluation and initial treatment at the location before being taken for additional medical attention. There are no officially recognized additional passengers or vehicles. Authorities have not released details regarding the potential causes of the accident. Aspects like speed, driver impairment, and mechanical issues are still being examined. This incident underscores the risks associated with high-speed traffic accidents, especially in neighborhood settings. We are thinking of the injured man and his family, wishing for his complete healing.
