San Diego, CA (January 20, 2026) – A 58-year-old woman suffered injuries Monday afternoon in a rear-end crash near Frost Street in San Diego, drawing a response from local emergency services. The incident was reported at approximately 1:33 p.m. It involved a Toyota SUV driven by the woman, who allegedly rear-ended another vehicle. Paramedics reached the scene and assessed her for chest pain, which she said occurred after the airbag deployed. The woman had been wearing her seatbelt during the crash and was taken to a nearby hospital for additional medical evaluation. The driver’s condition from the second vehicle has not been disclosed.
