On September 11, 2025, in San Bernardino, CA, a motorcyclist lost their life in a fatal accident on Interstate 15 North near the Sierra Ave exit, as reported by the California Highway Patrol’s San Bernardino division. Emergency services, including personnel from San Bernardino County Fire and CHP officers, were called to the scene around 11:51 PM. On September 9, there were reports of a motorcycle accident in the #1 lane of the northbound I-15. Onlookers observed that the motorcyclist was immobile, with the bike positioned across lanes one and two. Emergency responders arrived soon after and verified that the rider had sustained life-threatening injuries. The victim was declared dead at the location at 7:03 p.m. according to the logs from CHP dispatch. Officials have not disclosed the name of the deceased person as they are waiting to inform the family. Traffic on I-15 experienced significant delays for several hours after the event. Traffic in all lanes was briefly stopped to ensure that investigators and first responders could operate safely. At 7:45 in the evening.
