Sacramento, CA (March 29, 2026) – A woman was killed in a hit-and-run incident on Friday night, March 27, in Sacramento. The incident occurred at about 8:30 p.m. In the 1500 block of Florin Road, just east of Freeport Boulevard, emergency units responded to a two-vehicle collision and found a woman with serious injuries. Emergency responders tried to save her life, but she was declared dead at the scene. Officials stated that the second vehicle involved departed the scene prior to the officers’ arrival. No details about the suspect or vehicle have been disclosed. The woman’s identity has not been released yet. Further information on the crash circumstances remains unconfirmed.
