(Fresno, CA) A man was killed in a Shaw Avenue collision early Monday, December 29, when he was hit by several vehicles in northwest Fresno. Officers arrived just before 5 a.m. to the Shaw and Marks avenues area. Investigators report that the man, aged 30 to 40, was walking toward a nearby shopping center when two vehicles struck him. Both drivers remained at the scene and cooperated with police. First responders declared the pedestrian dead soon after the crash. According to police, drugs or alcohol do not seem to be factors.
