On Monday, October 27, a man suffered severe injuries in a Pacific Highway accident in San Diego’s Midtown region, as reported by the local authorities. Officer Sarah Foster from the San Diego Police Department stated that the crash happened at approximately 5:00 a.m. at the intersection of Pacific Highway and Sassafras Street. Initial reports suggest that a southward moving 2020 Chrysler Pacifica collided with a pedestrian who was walking on the road. Upon their arrival, paramedics took the man to a nearby hospital with severe wounds. The individual experienced a fractured thighbone, pelvic injuries, and a complex lower-leg break. His current state has not been disclosed. The Traffic Division of the SDPD is looking into the details of the accident.
