Oceanside, CA (December 10, 2025) – A collision involving two vehicles on northbound Interstate 5 close to Harbor Drive resulted in one person sustaining minor injuries on Tuesday afternoon, as reported by the California Highway Patrol – Border Division. The accident took place at approximately 3:52 p.m. and had a minor effect on traffic in the vicinity. CHP dispatch records show that one individual involved in the accident expressed discomfort after the event. Emergency medical staff were sent to the site to assess and help the injured individual. The vehicles involved were on the freeway, but no significant traffic delays were noted. There were no deaths and no serious injuries reported beyond the initial complaints of pain. Authorities are still investigating the cause of the crash. Tow services were probably needed to clear the damaged vehicles from the area. We wish the injured person a speedy recovery.
