Los Angeles, CA (October 11, 2025) – On Friday morning, a significant traffic accident at the intersection of Preston Ave and New Garmin involved a motorcycle and two cars, resulting in at least one injury. This led to a medical airlift and a considerable emergency response. The incident took place around 9:16 a.m. and included a white Chevrolet, a silver Toyota, and a biker. The incident spread debris across the road and posed a serious danger, as noted in audio reports from the California Highway Patrol and local officials. First responders arrived promptly and determined that the motorcyclist had sustained injuries that necessitated airlifting. Medical staff organized a helicopter to transport the injured rider to a local trauma center. The circumstances of the other individuals involved remain unknown. The accident caused traffic slowdowns and temporary lane blockages as emergency teams worked to remove cars and rubble from the street. Authorities are still looking into the factors that led to the accident, examining whether speed, right-of-way concerns, or other elements may have contributed.
