The crash involved at least one vehicle and led to emergency crews being sent out under an Echo-level alert, suggesting a potentially serious, life-threatening scenario. Emergency responders promptly reached the crowded intersection in North Long Beach, where they evaluated the situation and administered immediate care to those injured.
