Long Beach, CA (January 23, 2026) – Emergency responders arrived late Thursday night at the scene of a traffic crash with injuries reported near W Willow St in Long Beach. Police assistance was requested at the scene as well. The incident was reported at approximately 10:53 p.m. Shortly afterward, fire and medical personnel arrived to offer assistance. Engine 17 units were observed responding to a Bravo-level emergency, suggesting possible injuries, although the exact status of those impacted remains unconfirmed. Officials have provided no additional information on the vehicles involved or the collision’s cause. The police presence indicates that traffic management and an investigation were required in the response. An ongoing investigation is examining the factors involved and any potential additional measures.
