A fatal accident occurred on East Anaheim Street in Long Beach, CA, involving a pick-up truck. Amber Mitchel, 37, was killed while crossing the street at 10:25 p.m. on November 12th, as per the Long Beach Police Department’s report. at the crossroads of East Anaheim Street and Alamitos Avenue. Upon arrival, the officers discovered Mitchell lying on the street. Upon arrival, paramedics from the Long Beach Fire Department declared her deceased on site. The investigation revealed that Mitchell, who was destitute, was traversing beyond the designated crosswalk markings when she was struck by a westbound 1997 Chevrolet Sierra. The pickup driver stayed at the location and assisted the investigators. Authorities reported that the accident does not seem to have been caused by high speed, distraction, or impairment.
