The crash was reported at about 3:32 p.m. on Aug. 16, 2026, at the Pine Ridge Way and Wellesley Avenue intersection. CHP dispatch information placed the vehicle approximately 15 feet off the roadway.
A tow truck was requested for the gray Toyota at about 3:58 p.m. The dispatch did not indicate that anyone was injured or trapped.
