Fresno, CA (October 11, 2025) – On Friday evening, a serious T-bone crash resulted in injuries to six individuals at a crowded intersection in Fresno. The accident happened at approximately 5:50 p.m. At the crossroads of N Millbrook Ave and E McKinley Ave, as reported by Fresno City Police, Fire, and EMS dispatch, emergency teams, such as Engine 1 and several EMS units, were sent to the location. They categorized the situation as a Mass Casualty Incident (MCI) because of the large number of people injured. All six individuals injured received prompt medical care on-site. The complete extent of their injuries has not been revealed, and it’s still uncertain how many individuals were taken to local hospitals. Emergency radio reports indicate that one of the vehicles was hit on the side, a type of accident known as a T-bone collision, which typically causes considerable damage to the vehicle and poses a high injury risk to those inside. Traffic in the vicinity was impacted as emergency responders attended to the injured and cleared the area. A civil supervisor along with extra support teams was dispatched to help manage the situation. The Fresno police are currently looking into the reasons behind the crash while considering possible factors like right-of-way breaches, visibility problems, or speeding. We are thinking of the six people who were hurt and wish for their swift and complete recovery.
