Byron, CA (November 25, 2025) – According to the California Highway Patrol, one individual sustained injuries Tuesday afternoon in a collision involving two vehicles on Bixler Rd close to Highway 4. The accident took place around 3:36 p.m. and involved two cars, said to be a Honda CR-V and a Toyota Camry. Emergency teams reached the location soon after the occurrence and gave medical aid to at least one person. The injured person was taken to John Muir Medical Center in Walnut Creek for additional assessment. The extent of their injuries has not been revealed. Officials have yet to confirm what led to the crash, and the circumstances surrounding the collision are still being investigated. Traffic was briefly affected as officials worked to clear the area.
