Streets like Newton Way typically function as communal areas for motorists, walkers, and bike riders. Kids and teenagers might walk or play close to these roads, raising the chance of run-ins with vehicles driving by. Factors like visibility, vehicle speed, and drivers’ attentiveness affect how safely cars travel on residential streets.
