Parlier, CA (March 11, 2026) – Officials have named the teenager killed after a vehicle collision on Tuesday evening, March 10, in Parlier. Emergency responders arrived around 5:45 p.m. Responders were sent to the Mendocino Avenue area near Parlier Avenue following reports of a pedestrian crash. Upon arrival, responders discovered a teenage boy in the roadway. Officials identified the victim as 15-year-old Juliani Moreno. He was declared dead at the scene. Investigators reported that the involved vehicle was subsequently observed crashing into a nearby flower shop on Mendocino Avenue soon after the incident. Officials have confirmed an arrest related to the crash, but further details on the suspect are not yet available. The incident is still under investigation.
