According to a report to the California Highway Patrol, the driver was the reporting party’s daughter. The dispatch information did not identify the vehicle or provide additional details about the fence.
The incident was classified as a traffic collision, and emergency medical assistance was requested shortly after the initial report. The available CHP information did not state whether anyone was injured.
