A traffic collision was reported at about 3:54 p.m. Oct. 3 on East Stockton Boulevard near the 8000 block in the South Sacramento area. The California Highway Patrol listed the location near 8001 East Stockton Boulevard.
The incident was initially classified as a traffic collision with no reported injuries. No vehicle descriptions or information about the number of vehicles involved was included in the dispatch.
At 3:59 p.m., CHP updated the incident classification to indicate that an ambulance was en route. The dispatch did not specify whether anyone was transported for medical care.
CHP’s available information did not identify any lane closures, roadway blockage, fire response or towing activity connected with the collision. The reported incident remained associated with East Stockton Boulevard in the South Sacramento CHP area.
